“After completing the build of our country home we realized with a very large yard we could entertain the thought of putting in a pool. We had never been pool owners when living in the city and felt we would like to enhance our family leisure time. Pioneer Pools was recommended to us by a family friend who had wonderful experience with service over the years of being a pool owner. The sales staff was very knowledgeable regarding our needs of installing a basic above ground pool to ensure we were indeed a pool loving family. The maintenance and service of the pool has been minimal and easily maintained through the Pioneer store front location. The friendly, helpful staff complete regular water sample tests and suggest the proper maintenance care available within the store. After 4 years of enjoying our pool we are planning to complete our backyard design with an inground pool from Pioneer Pools. Last spring we purchased an 8 seat Hot Springs Hot Tub from Pioneer Pools and it has added much enjoyment to our family. Knowledge of the product, installation and service has been consistent with what we experienced with the pool. Our experience with Pioneer Family Pools has been courteous, reliable and professional employees on a consistent basis over the years. It has been wonderful to work with a local family business!!”

“Ordered the spa sight unseen from Canada (live in Dallas) and absolutely LOVE it! Depth is great, leg room is wonderful (husband is 6’4”), jets remind us of the nice cruise ship hot tubs, and the steps and floor are textured to prevent slipping. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! And Sean with Immerspa was so helpful with our questions and supported us extremely well throughout installation. Will add photos once the deck around the spa is built. A+++ organization and product!”

Within 24 hours we received an initial rough idea on costs and options available. Meeting and getting drawings and ideas for our backyard was seamless. The stone work, design, execution was better than initially expected. Shawn's team was clean, friendly, offered high level workmanship and kept the construction site clean at all times from start to finish. “I would recommend Simply pools for anyone wanting a fibreglass pool, Vince, Joe and Vanessa answered all my questions all season immediately. They listen to what you want and quote appropriately. Even when we had a bit of an issue with our contractor for the cabana, Vince was right on top of it, and got it settled in timely matter. Throughout this whole project, we had complete confidence in simply pools. We hired Simply Pools as a turn key company, and every contractor they brought in to work on our product were very professional, and arrived on time and did great quality work. We were swimming in our pool complete with landscaping etc in two weeks. I cannot say enough great things about simply pools and their entire team. Thank you Vince, Joe, Vanessa and John for making this the best summer my family has had staying at home, we swam every day two to three times a day.”

“We researched thoroughly, contacted several other types of pool companies for quotes and decided to have Ponds for People Pools install our in ground pool. They were on price, on time, informative and helpful. From the excavation to the install they were clean, thorough and exceeded our expectations! Their client after care is terrific and they followed up with us and were patient and knowledgeable always (through our 'pool school' opening right thru to our pool closing). I would highly recommend them.”
