They put together a quote and mock up of the kitchen that was very detailed. We were able to see exactly what we were getting and make tweaks to the design during the process. They are very creative and had some great design recommendations as well. They delivered our kitchen on time and even came back to make sure everything was installed perfectly (I would recommend you have them install because they are perfectionists).
