“I have now used Jarda mulitple times and he has provided me with fantastic tiles and bathroom suites. He originally provided me with tiles for a house refurbishment over 2 years ago and I was extremely pleased with his overall service that I have not used anywhere else since. He has now assisted me with 4 residential refurbishments and provided me with stunning tiles for my office refurb. Jarda suggested a few tiles for my office as I was unsure of which tile would be professional and classy. Since installing them, every client that visits our office comments on how stunning they look. As I am an estate agent I have many landlords that request suppliers for refurbishment jobs and I would never recommend anyone that I did not trust 100%. I always recommend Jarda @ Letta as he has been able to provide better value items which offer good quality and a service to assist with building works. None of my landlords have ever complained!”

“Highest recommendation indeed! Alper is an honorable man capable of delivering excellent work. I am an architect. Alper has built bespoke joinery for my own house as well as houses in excess £100K worth of joinery alone. He delivers excellent quality parallel to some of the world renowned names in the furniture at a reasonable cost. Listen to his advice and give him the time that he needs for delivery and you won't be disappointed. We'll be working with him for year to come”

“Maks installed our entire bespoke kitchen, he also designed and constructed bench seating around bay windows and a marvellous tv cabinet. We were very happy with the professionalism showed by Maks in the time he took to get things just how we wanted, he was very patient with us fussy customers, he did a stand up job and charged us fairly. “When does something as practical as a bit of storage evolve not just into a piece of furniture but into our very own unique work of art. This was the process we went through with Jake. The amount of time and care he took in ensuring everything was spot on was admirable. It took a while to appreciate that it wasn’t just about building something practical but that it was to be “designed” and this is where Jake really excelled. If I’m honest, we were slightly overwhelmed by the options but in the end we left a number of decisions up to him to make in the knowledge that we knew it would look fantastic. From a brushed steel finger gap around the cupboard doors to staining the oak worktops with the same oil as our oak floor, the end result is striking whilst thankfully being as practical as we need it!”

“Constructive and Co were hired to complete three bespoke projects in our flat: 1. A fixed bookshelf (see attached 1a 1b) 2. A fixed 3-door wardrobe (2a) 3. An outdoor storage unit (3a) We were incredibly impressed by the elements Constructive and Co built for us, specifically Dominic Shanks (also see www.dswoodworks.co.uk) - from the consultancy process all the way to the custom fit of each quality designed piece (all built from quality materials). The price was very fair (approx. £3000) and definitely added value to our property which sold for roughly £50,000 more than bought for 16 months previously. We have gone as far as making sure to book them well in advance to create a few living room storage and entertainment space when we move in fall 2012. We couldn't recommend them highly enough!”
