The fitting was completed over two days and David and his helpers worked well together in our home. My husband arranged to fit the lighting to the units and David worked with him to ensure this was able to be completed. “Jan was a pleasure to work with; highly professional, a great listener, stunningly creative and very responsive to both our functional requirements and aesthetic perspectives (even when we weren’t sure what these were at times and needed help figuring out what we liked and didn’t like). We always felt part of the design process as she kept us involved with sketch-up presentations of design options. This helped with discussions on design rationales, as well as reflection on the benefits and constraints of each option. She is very knowledgeable and conscientious about design work- right from the structural to finishing details. She is also very adaptive to issues as they emerge. For example, we discovered an issue with the way our 1980s house had its dry lining constructed during the process of installing our bespoke shelving & cabinets.
