By the end of the day I had a new hot water heater, and only then found out it was suppose to be her day off. She just didn't want me to go over night without hot water.
She checked in with me the next day to make sure everything was working well, then sent me a thank you note with a Peet's gift card in it. What plumber does that?! She is the BEST. I can't recommend her highly enough.”
