“Woke in the morning and my boiler was off so we had no heat. Called around and everyone was too busy. Neo plumbing answered and said they will schedule for the next day, but when I said I had small children they moved things around and came out the same day. Nick was great and got my heat started the Same Day. Great fast knowledgeable and friendly!”

“John and his crew were amazing! Our water main pipe in front of our house broke on a Saturday afternoon and he was there right away to get the ball rolling on all the details that have to take place to remedy the issue. Work couldn't start til Monday morning, but he had everything lined up and ready to go so that the job was complete and we got our water back!!”

Mr. Kook might be the only businessman left in America who answers his own phone. They show up when they promise, are very responsive in case of emergency, and alway fix what's wrong the first time with a minimum of fuss and mess. “A couple of months ago I awakened to a toilet that had been running all night and I had no idea that it had done so. It had eroded the ring underneath and was leaking into my basement. I did what I could to stop it but knew that I needed a plumber ASAP! The first name I came across was Joshua’s and he was a godsend! He talked me through how to make sure the valves were off and completely calmed me down. His work ethic and compassion for a hysterical female early on a Sunday morning spoke volumes about his character. He fixed my problem in no time at all and at a reasonable price. My toilet has not had any issues since and is actually functioning like it’s brand new. Thank you Joshua! You are my go to guy for any plumbing work needed in the future.”
