This saved me thousands of dollars. They've also installed a water softener and fixed other issues in my home and at many friends- including an emergency hot water heater replacement. “Plumbing Solutions was amazing when I used them to take care of a problem that came up on one of my client’s properties. A last minute plumbing issue showed its ugly head right before escrow was supposed to close. I needed the repair done immediately. I called several other companies, but not one was able to accommodate the time frame I needed. Delaying the repair would delay closing escrow, which would delay a family’s move into their new home. I called Plumbing Solutions, they fit us into their schedule and finished the job quickly allowing us to close escrow on time! Plumbing Solutions made it happen! “When there is a leak under the sink, you never know what is going to be involved to fix it.... We called Geers and their technician came on the time scheduled. He didn't smell (ha ha), and was very courteous and thorough. Once he found the source of the problem and went to his office for parts and returned, he installed the needed new filter and hot/cold water dispenser without any problems and cleaned up the area very well. Thank you geers Plumbing for excellent and timely service. We know who to call if or when there is a next time..”

“I call Sal Plumbing at 8:00 in the morning and they arrived to my house 2 hours later. After they checked the leak from the water heater, they explained me what need to be done (which were 2 options basically: either to replace the existing water heater with new one OR to have a tankless system that will save us space and will save us money). We agreed on the removal of the water heater and to install a tankless system instead. We were surprised that as soon as we agreed on it…they start working on the removal of the water heater while the office sent the tankless system with one of their people. They knew very good what need to be done and we are extremely pleased and happy with the work that they did for us. On top of that, they also replaced all the gas and water valves (One of them was even free of charge). After 4 hours of work, the complete replacement was complete and they also trashed the old water heater. After everything was done, they didn’t leave the house before cleaning the work space and explained to us everything about the new system and what we need to do in case it will leak again (till they will arrive of course) and how to start the system. We highly recommend Sal Plumbing and Rooter to anyone including all my friends and family.”

“Found water pooling in our garage one morning, called Dakota Plumbing and within half an hour Justin was there. He immediately found the source of the leak (failing pipe joint in the wall), explained the problem to us, and repaired it. We were lucky he was able to repair it immediately before there was more damage to our house! His promptness and quality of work is exceptional, we will be referring all our family and friends to Dakota Plumbing!”
