When we bought out house in April 2012 it passed the inspection with flying colors... however 3 months later we realized we had some work to do that we couldn't possibly complete on our own
MICHAEL AND SON to the rescue. After diagnosing our problem with the air conditioner they gave us a fair and reasonable estimate, and allowed us to call for an unbiased second opinion and estimate. Then they set up an appointment and completely replaced our internal and external units.
Since we have had them back for everything from minor plumbing issues (leaky sink and toilet) to major issues (replacing the houses entire electrical panel and all wiring leading from the electric company supplier) and they have even done handy man services like repairing drywall and installing cabinetry!
I love Michael and sons and wouldn’t dream of using anyone else!”

I had a very bad sewer back up in my basement, after making so many phone calls Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling ended my frustration. Limbert is very knowledgeable and trustworthy, he gave me clear and best information on the phone and scheduled me the earliest appointment. On our appointment he looked at the issue with high attention and took his time to find the cause of the problem and the fix for it. He and his worker fixed the issue fast. I also asked Limbert if he can take a look at my gas fireplace that I suspected it has gas leak and completely remove the gas pipeline. He took care of that job very well also. Their job was outstanding; they know what they are doing and perform their job with care. They are the best! Thank you Limbert!”

“We needed a plumber in a hurry because we suddenly had no water. They came out the same day in a matter of hours and remedied the situation. They explained the problem in laymen's terms and then elaborated more in detail. They warned us of problems that we might have down the road since our well pump was nearing the 20 year mark. They came out again when we had problems, this time on a weekend after we left a message on their emergency line. Usually leaving a message on a weekend means that they might get back to you on Monday during normal business hours. Not A & B Luck-they returned our phone call within the hour!!”

“This is a real find in Plumbing professionals. During the first visit to take care of some immediate issues (broken winterized pipe, change a faucet, etc) the plumber evaluated the further needs and said that I would need more than an hour time segment for two people to get the rest plumbing done. The next appointment was set while he was here.
The next day two plumbers came, on time, right on the dot of when they said they would be here, and started working on the problem, a clogged kitchen pipe on the third floor. The job was quite complicated as the pipe was so clogged that the water had diverged flow, making it quite difficult to diagnose and correct. They took care of this and a number of other issues that were not planned for the day, after calling their company to report the extras and estimate the time they would take.
I was so pleased with the work that after they left I was looking around to find what other plumbing needs might I have for the future, only to realize they had taken care of everything! (for the moment that is).
I recommended the company to a friend who hired them and in her turn was very pleased with them.”
