“We had a sunroom project a couple of years ago. We didn’t have any issues with the previous company, but it was time to replace it since it became a traditional space for us. We went with Dream Outdoor Solution because of their affordable prices, free designs, and quote. Our new sunroom makes us feel like we step outside without getting outside! All insects have to find a new way to enter our space!”

“I have spoken to many deck restoration companies, but either reviews were bad or the prices were unreasonably high. My neighbor told me about Deck Armor LLC( he used them for his deck). I stop y at his house and was astonished by the look of his new/repaired deck. I called the company for a free quote and got a free estimate on the next day. Was happy with the price and payment options. I paid 30% AFTER they finished power wash, 20% AFTER carpentry and the rest AFTER the job was done. Before the finale payment I walked through with the manager and checked the deck. I was so happy by the look of my deck after all. Great company, fair prices , good job guys.”

“We had our back deck removed in its entirety and replaced with Trex decking. We also had a stone patio built under the deck; then, our gazebo flooring was replaced with Trex. Roberto went through the design process with us, then submitted to our HOA. We have an absolutely beautiful deck, completed yesterday. His work is extraordinary. He is a perfectionist, and my wife and I Love a builder who is a perfectionist. He has an incredible eye for detail. He is wonderful to work with; responsive to our needs and questions. He has left the back of our home immaculate in appearance, having torn up the back yard area in order to both build the deck and build the patio. We are so sorry he only builds decks. I would trust him with any work we needed done on our home, knowing that it would be done beautifully and perfectly. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with him.”

“Our deck was in bad shape and started looking at reviews online for local companies. I came across Atlas Remodeling Group, asked for a quote and they contacted me immediately. They were very friendly and worked with our budget. They did a great job on our deck! Super quick and very thorough. I can’t wait to see the finished product when they come back next month to stain the deck. Highly recommend!”

“Prior to selecting S&S, I had several other companies come to my home to give me a presentation on building our Patio. I must say the presentation that George, Sales and Designer gave, was by far none the best presentation. However, it was not the presentation that led me to choose S&S, it was the fact that George gave us the plans and outlined the design of the Patio to the back of the house. This way we had a true visual on how the Patio space and layout. At that point we were sold on choosing S&S as the company to build our Patio. We were then introduce to Jonny the project manager. Jonny kept us up-to-date on all material delivery and development of the project. He was available to answer all questions we had during the building of the Patio. The crew that worked on the Patio, was the most professional. They asked daily if we had any questions. This company has met and exceeded our expectations of the design of this Patio. We are very pleased with the design and layout of Patio and plan to get plenty use out of this Patio. Highly recommend”

“Gerry, the owner is a perfectionist, and his team reflect that. They are professional; show up when expected, work hard all day, tidy up the yard at the end of each day, finish when promise and delivery more than anticipated! There was a patch of muddy ground from digging for the posts - Gerry went and got sod to cover it. Perfectionist, like I said. My neighbors liked the result so much they hired him as well.”
