“I can't say enough good things about Lakevue Renovations. We originally wanted to replace a few boards on our deck of our home that overlooks Lake Washington but when it became obvious that this was much more complicated due to several rather serious structural problems, we contacted a number of construction companies to assist and after detailed discussions with several firms, we chose Lakevue Renovations. We do NOT regret that decision. The deck is large and is an important part of the home. Jeff and team worked with us every step of the way as we designed the deck, and once construction started they kept us totally up to speed as we uncovered several other structural problems with the home that had to be addressed. Each step of the way, Jeff and team took us through the issues, suggested options to address them before deciding on what exactly we would do to address them. It was a great working relationship and we felt 100% confident that the additional work we did was absolutely essential to the structural integrity of the house and deck. The final result is awesome and the deck is wonderfully handsome and adds greatly to the value of the home. We were so delighted that we are now working with Lakevue Renovations/Jeff and team on a kitchen remodel.”

“My wife and I are very happy with our new vinyl fence, designed and installed by Vinyl Fence Specialists. Several things were remarkable about the process, first the attention to detail from our first meeting to the efforts of the installation team were fabulous. They performed exactly the work we expected, showed up on time and worked feverishly. Second, the demolition and removal of our old fence was a great deal of work and included the removal of several concrete footings that were surprisingly large and troublesome. Even this challenge was met with a smile and a "can do" attitude. Finally, the finished fence is beautiful in every way. We couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship and service provided by VFS, they rate our highest marks and we recommend them without reservation.”

“We hired Land Hoe to replace a poorly made retaining wall that came with the house. Bruce came out, listened to our requirements and budget, and then came up with a plan to meet both (including extra details like making sure that the top course was glued on thanks to the kids that like to climb on it). The installation was done well and met all of our expectations. Fast forward a year and the plants are still very hardy and we get nothing but compliments from neighbors and family on the appearance. We would definitely work with Land Hoe for future projects!”

“Three projects in one, James and his tream transformed our home’s exterior from 1960 to now (and into the future). Restored circular driveway, retaining wall with a planter section and an amazing patio with outdoor fireplace; James and team were three for three in respect to thrilling us. Fabulous outcome aside, the process was very professional. From concept to fruition, James was timely, responsive, and communicative. There was a challenge or two along the way, (neither of which of James or our making), but through the resolution of both James was solution-oriented and fair.
