He worked well with the pool contractor to coordinate timing of the project. Once the job started, Chris, the foreman, and other workers were on time, worked hard, provided updates, and were meticulous in their work. When adjustments in the project plan were needed, Matt was quick to communicate those changes. Matt checked in on the job site regularly as well.
