“I very rarely write a review for work done on my home but I had to this time. My wife wanted our deck replaced as it was getting pretty shakey as it was 30 years old. I called Blue Star and set up an appointment with Kevin, the owner. I found him very knowledgeable and liked the products he showed us. I had another estimate but decided to use Blue Star. His crew was fantastic! In two days they had the old deck demolished, carted away and the new trek deck up. We picked a grey color deck with black railings, and it looks beautiful! The crew picked up everything laying around and did a great job cleaning up. Very highly recommended! Thank you Kevin!”

It’s comforting to see a business not inflating egos and charging outrageous amounts for projects that don’t even add square footage to the house! “Hire these guys! Wilson and his team were great! Responsive, kind, and reasonable priced. Our yard turned out like a dream without any of the hassle. Wilson didn’t even give us any trouble when I asked to expand the sitting area they had already made. My husband and I are renovating a fixer upper and have dealt with a lot of contractors. “Dave and his team have done multiple jobs for me at my home in Larchmont NY. This July they were very creative in finding ways to repair carpenter ant damage which filled me with dismay and concern. they also did several repairs on my house after Hurricane Sandy. I hired them because they had done a great job on a home addition for my son. They are really talented, honest, hard-working and pleasant to have around. Cathy”
