“I contracted Baystate Structures last summer to construct a 22'x22' garage with stairway and loft above. After agreeing on a fair price for project, the entire structure was completed in 2 1/2 days (on my foundation) in a professional and courteous manner. I have been in the construction business (retired) for over 45 years and I was very impressed by the quality of this structure and the people involved in the process!”

“Removal of a large pine tree and stump gave us the opportunity to expand and reconfigure the front entrance deck and steps into our house. My son and I are competent with the carpentry but did not have the time, skills or prowess to dig footings or pour pads. In addition, there were other possible timing issues so I was looking for someone who might be willing to do some aspects of the project but not necessarily all. Based on costs and other factors, we elected to go with (1) and (2) from Creative Spaces and do the rest on our own. As a small (two-day) project, they were able to schedule it quickly and showed up as agreed. The work went smoothly. The workmanship was excellent and professional. Matt and Connor were a pleasure to have around and even provided helpful advice on aspects of the project they weren’t doing. I have no reservation recommending Matt and Connor of Creative Spaces!”
