American Deck and Patio maintained a clean job site every day which I found important being a parent to young children and being part of a strict home association.”

“They replaced my old deck deck and built a deck around my above ground pool. They did a great job and I am happy with the finished product. I did feel like the job could have been completed in 5 days, not 7. The crew sometimes didnt start until 10 and knocked off at 3 with an hour for lunch. It was July and very hot, but as the homeowner I told them they could start as early as they wanted. Might have been betetr to work more before it got real hot.”

“Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck is an excellent company that provides outstanding customer service from start to finish. We had Mid-Atlantic to install our original cedar fence in 1996 and then had them back out to replace boards and extend the fence in 2012 at our Severna Park home. Bruce Beauchamp, the owner, came out personally to answer our questions with both installs. In April, I needed a new fence installed in a new townhouse development located in Arnold. Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude. Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July. A prospective buyer had bent the latch of the gate during a showing of our home. I emailed Bruce and he sent his son out the next day to install a brand-new latch the day before settlement. You will love working with the team at Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck and thoroughly enjoy your new fence or deck for years to come. D. M. Benischek”

With the initial phone call, first onsite meeting and the many phone conversations that followed. Mark worked with us, was patient when we were working through design decisions and especially when working through the cost of the project. There was a lot of give and take and his enthusiasm for our project was evident. It was obvious to us that he “listens” and works to put that into the design and build and wants his customers to be happy with a good quality finished product.
