The crew arrived on time. (Arrival time was 8:00 am and not somewhere between 8-2, and is one measure I use to see how reliable and accurate a company is.)
The crew was absolutely professional, both in knowledge and skill - constantly focusing on quality and workmanship. Their crew chief constantly reviewed the work ensuring the gutters were accurate, symmetrically placed, and properly functioning. It looks terrific and sounds incredible whenever it rains. All of the workers were polite and respectful of my property. “Neal McGlothlin and his crews are highly recommended. He had his guys come put new gutters on my house in Brightwood, Madison County, about 8yrs ago. Did good work, cleaned up and job was reasonably priced. Have never had a problem. Then last year the wind blew off 1 of the turbine vents on my house. Neal was very responsive, had 1 of his guys come to replace it quickly. And this year, had the other turbine vent come off. Worried about heavy rains coming in and leaking thru my ceilings, I called Rain Guard Roofing immediately that night. And altho they were busy and I wanted it fixed asap, he assured me he'd have a guy come the next day or day after. He explained it wasnt really needed and they could cap it off. And that's what we decided to do. And 2 days later, a guy came, got it done quickly. No more worries. Rain Guard Roofing is a roofing company that does excellent work at reasonable prices. Owner is honest, has integrity, hardworking and he and his crews do the jobs when they say they will. For a older, single lady that owns her home, finding a reputable, honest company to take care of home repairs quickly is a real blessing!! I'm very grateful for their help in my time of need. And would highly recommend them.

“I love these guys. I ordered 2 pallets of quarry run slate for my patio. For a minimal extra charge, they wrapped them very well. My delivery mode was dumptruck so the wrapping kept the slate from sliding and breaking. They took my order over the phone, were happy to process via credit card and accommodated my driver.”
