“I called Precision Installation & Repair to look at a repair job I desperately needed and get an estimate. The attention I was given was quick and professional. The problem I had was with my living room gas fireplace which required a chimney chase outside. Unfortunately, the top of the chimney chase had a faulty top which allowed rain water and raccoons to wreak havoc. This resulted in rotting wood, mold and raccoons that would nest inside. The company did an excellent job replacing the wood, exterior siding, and a sturdy reinforced cap on top. I couldn't be happier with both the work and the price. I highly recommend them for anyone's repair needs without reservation!”

Within a few minutes I had an appointment scheduled and on the same day of the appointment I received a clear and precise estimate that I thought was fairly priced. Once I approved the job they communicated very well as to when they would be starting and how long it would take. the crew were professional and polite and certainly lived up to all they said they were going to do. “I had a new HD shingle roof installed by TH Remodeling and Renovations, and not only was the work completed professionally in one day, despite discovering decking that needed to be replaced that had not been anticipated, but none of my many perennials in my flower gardens near and up against the house was damaged in any way. The guys were so respectful of my property, and their clean-up was fantastic. I had one issue with the installation of new seamless gutters done by another company that TH Remodeling sent out, which caused a shingle to stick up a bit. TH Remodeling sent one of their guys to take a look and he fixed the problem. Highly recommend this company. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful.”

“Victor replaced my roof, which required ripping off 3 layers of shingles and doing the roof over. He was incredibly accomidating and very reasonably priced. The team also put in a ridge vent as part of the price due to me not having an attic fan. I wouldn't recommend ANY ONE ELSE! Looks like my neighbor will be getting his roof replaced by Nivelo too.”
