“My sister had JGL Roofing look over her home last year and was told that she didn’t need a new roof, only a few patches. Therefore when our roof needed replacing, I knew I wanted to get an estimate from them due to their honesty! I obtained 4 estimates and decided to use JGL Roofing because Robert, (owner) was honest, very likeable, went the extra mile to explain and answer all my questions (in a simplistic way so I could understand), emailed me photos of my roof’s trouble spots so I could show my husband, and in this day of Covid-19 came to my door holding a Clorox Wipe canister. When he handed me their brochure, he grasped it with a Clorox wipe. I really, really appreciated that! Robert’s crew did a fantastic job! My husband is very picky and he gave them a thumbs up. Our roof looks amazing, the crew was respectful, hard working and when they were done, the deck/yard looked better than when they arrived, as they did a great clean up job. I also noticed they cleaned out our gutters before they packed up. Robert said they always do that for their customers. Robert was in touch with me throughout the job and quickly answered any questions I had. My neighbor commented how quiet the crew was as she expected to hear loud music and lots of yelling….there was none of that! We are very pleased with our new roof and the roof they put on our shed.”

“We hired Enhanced Roofing & Remodeling to do a MAJOR addition and whole house renovation. We added an addition and completely remodeled our existing house (which was built in 1937). To add to it, we were expecting our 3rd child and were hoping to have the renovation completed before the baby's arrival. All of the other quotes we received were wayyyyy over our budget (like $80K-$100K over), AND said the job would take close to 6 months to complete. Well, Ryan Fubini (owner of Enhanced Roofing & Remodeling) seriously is our savior! He did the entire job within our budget AND finished our house in 3.5 months. That's right, you read it correctly. He did the entire renovation in less than 4 months, and we were able to move back into our house with 1 month to get ready for baby #3. Our house looks amazing! We went from a tiny 3 bedroom/2 bathroom/small kitchen house, to a 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom house with a beautiful (and big) kitchen and a spectacular family room. We even converted a screened-in porch into a mudroom (one of the best rooms in the house, especially now that we have 4 kids). We have 2 HVACs (one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs), and put the washer/dryer upstairs. I still look around our house and just love everything that Enhanced did. The team of guys are super nice and professional, and really listen to the needs/wants of the customer. Ryan is a gem, and we will always be thankful for what he did for our family and overall quality of life!”

A call to Blair Construction resulted in a quick response and visit by Randy Savage. Randy is extremely knowledgable, answered all of our questions and concerns and provided many samples for us to choose the color and specifications. Blair Construction's quote was competative, everything spelled out and presented well by Randy. The installation was smooth, experienced efficient crews, all shrubs protected, all nails picked up and completed in a timely manner. Each day a Blair supervisor or Randy came by to check on the installation and upon completion Blair Construction provided excellent follow up. Mike and his crew were thorough, detail oriented and made sure that I felt a part of the process from start to finish. I live in an older town home, and Noonan Construction came in and made it feel brand new. In the kitchen we did new flooring, cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances, light fixtures and even tore down part of the wall to build a bar/breakfast nook area. In my living room, we put down all new hardwood flooring and trim, new paint and new light fixtures.
