“We purchased a Model 51000 16x7 white #1686 Stratford steel garage door with windows.
and 1 8550 3/4hp LiftMaster Garage Door opener Internet Gateway with 2 remotes/keypad/wallstation.
We called for and estimate and Gary came right out and gave us the estimate. We got one other estimate and decided to go with Banko. They have a good reputation and prices were competitive.
We were given an installation date and the young man arrived on the day to install the door and opener, etc. He was so polite and put on his headphones and it was amazing to see him work. He put the door together was very neat and threw all the wrapping materials in his truck. He took about 3 hours and then called me out to show me how to use the keypad, remote controls, etc. He also showed us how to open the door using the manual operation, in case we lost electricity at any time. Cannot say enough of how happy we were with our purchase and customer service.
Due to our driveway being uneven, we did call Banko out a few times to solve the problem of a slight gap at the bottom of the door. They ordered a wider rubber gasket for the bottom of the door and that solved the problem. Very happy with their service.”

“I have used Overhead Door Company three times in the last year. Twice on a rental property and once on my own home. Each time the scheduling was quick and courteous. Every time I was impressed by the technicians knowledge and thoroughness! My home was an adjustment of the sensors and re-programing of my remote. It was corrected quickly and professionally. The rental property had a sensor problem and a broken spring. The first visit discovered a short in the wire on the right sensor which was found and fixed quickly. While there the tech also replaced the rubber stripping on the garage door bottom. The second visit the tech quickly and professionally built a new spring and replaced the old one. In addition he found an additional short in a sensor wire which he fixed quickly and professionally! While there, the tech improved everything he touched including properly re-doing wire joints as well as lubricating all moving joints on the garage door and springs! All in all I was very, very impressed, and will use this company on all future work! Although their pricing was very reasonable I did take advantage of the specials they were offering at the time. Thank you Overhead Door!!”

“Rob Bowen was the sales person that arrived to provide the door replacement quote. Immediately I found that he was very professional and quickly went about his work asking me questions about what my needs were and what I expected from his company. Rob provided me with a very detailed estimate and reviewed it in detail and solicited any questions that I might have. I received 3 other quotes and by far Rob was the most detailed, professional, personal and customer service oriented. Because of Rob I selected DGD to replace my garage door. I also worked with Allison to complete the paper work and schedule the install date. Allison was a pleasure to work with and she kept me apprised in regards to the install and payment schedule. Corey, the installer, arrived on time on the date scheduled. Corey was very personable and he went to work upon arrival and completed the removal & replacement in the time as stated by Allison & Rob. We had a minor cosmetic issue (dent in one of the door panels) that was quickly resolved with a call to Allison. No hassle customer service!
After the install Linda Krumholtz contacted me to explain and arrange the county inspection to validate & approve the install, which went off without any issues.
This is a very professional company and I would use them again and recommend them to family, friends and other home owners in my association. The only way they could receive higher praise would be if they served cheese, crackers and a nice bottle of wine!

“I called them as I had a mess from a bad co. getting hurricane shutters. They came out and measured everything, saw what needed to be redone and what needs to be done. Within a week it was all taken care of and I am a happy person.
I don;t have any good pictures taken. If I can find this site I will put some up July 20.,2013. I am writing this on the 19th. I am not sure if I have the exact time, but it was about 2 years ago.”

“This is a really great company to work with. It felt like the difference between going to IKEA VERSUS HOME DEPOT. Most importantly they did not pressure me into a contract or sit in my house for 4 hours for a sales presentation. They took time to design several different options for me which I appreciated. No other company did this. The owner was very down to earth and likable and the lady I worked with was very knowledgeable and experienced. The installers did a great job, were very respectful of dust and debris getting in the house and did a fantastic job on cleaning up afterwards. HIghly recommend A++”

“My project entailed a couple 6' sliding doors. The sales consultant was knowledgeable and friendly. We discussed multiple scenarios and was given different price options. To complete the look for my patio I ended up having two windows along with the doors installed. One of our biggest concerns of the actual construction was the cleanliness and dust. They used plastic covers on my furniture and kept the debris to a minimum. I have already recommended my neighbors and my friend Phil loved his job as well.
