AFTER: Over half of the boulders were relocated to other parts of the site to assist in retaining soil and the boulders here were placed in a way that mimics nature. The stair walls were re-done so that the upper portions were covered in the same style of stone as the house, while the lower part of the stair combined a few boulders with the house stone to transition more eloquently to the boulders below.
