House of FerariIn this full service residential remodel project, we left no stone, or room, unturned. We created a beautiful open concept living/dining/kitchen by removing a structural wall and existing fireplace. This home features a breathtaking three sided fireplace that becomes the focal point when entering the home. It creates division with transparency between the living room and the cigar room that we added. Our clients wanted a home that reflected their vision and a space to hold the memories of their growing family. We transformed a contemporary space into our clients dream of a transitional, open concept home.

Ginger Ayn InteriorsThis no-demo renovation brought a tired, 1980's room into the 21st century while embracing the clients' treasured heirlooms. Transitional meets ranch in this early 1900's home that has been completely updated room-by-room with this den being the final room in the project. Keeping the saltillo tile floor, knotty pine ceiling, stone accents, and denim slipcovered sectional was important to the clients. A fresh coat of SW agreeable gray with an urbane bronze accent wall behind the bar freshened everything up. Metallic wallpaper and floating shelves in the bar area are framed by rustic, knotty alder beams. New glass pendants, a large cage light, and coordinating ceiling fans complete the transitional feel of the room.
Irene DesignsTwo walls were taken down to open up the kitchen and to enlarge the dining room by adding the front hallway space to the main area. Powder room and coat closet were relocated from the center of the house to the garage wall. The door to the garage was shifted by 3 feet to extend uninterrupted wall space for kitchen cabinets and to allow for a bigger island.
Everything HomeIn this gorgeous Carmel residence, the primary objective for the great room was to achieve a more luminous and airy ambiance by eliminating the prevalent brown tones and refinishing the floors to a natural shade.
The kitchen underwent a stunning transformation, featuring white cabinets with stylish navy accents. The overly intricate hood was replaced with a striking two-tone metal hood, complemented by a marble backsplash that created an enchanting focal point. The two islands were redesigned to incorporate a new shape, offering ample seating to accommodate their large family.
In the butler's pantry, floating wood shelves were installed to add visual interest, along with a beverage refrigerator. The kitchen nook was transformed into a cozy booth-like atmosphere, with an upholstered bench set against beautiful wainscoting as a backdrop. An oval table was introduced to add a touch of softness.
To maintain a cohesive design throughout the home, the living room carried the blue and wood accents, incorporating them into the choice of fabrics, tiles, and shelving. The hall bath, foyer, and dining room were all refreshed to create a seamless flow and harmonious transition between each space.

Phoenix Home RemodelingThe space, while functional, lacked a dedicated spot for socializing and entertaining. There was a missed opportunity for an area where they could host friends, enjoy casual meals, or simply relax with a drink.
The absence of a bar area meant that their kitchen, while practical for cooking, didn't fully cater to their lifestyle needs, which included entertaining and enjoying their space in a more social and relaxed manner.
They chose Waypoint 530 Latte cabinets for the bar area, which beautifully matched the kitchen's overall design. The latte tone introduced a subtle contrast to the main kitchen area while maintaining the sleek and modern look.
The new bar was equipped with Berwyn Quartz countertops, providing a durable, stylish, and consistent look with the kitchen island, creating a cohesive design flow throughout the space.
An elegant touch was added with the installation of an upper glass cabinet featuring two glass doors. This feature not only provided an aesthetically pleasing display area but also enhanced the sense of space in the bar area.
The area was enhanced with the MSI Herringbone Mosaic for the backsplash. This choice created a stunning visual impact, elevating the aesthetic and making it a breathtaking focal point in the room.
Zen LivingWe love these modern and bright lower slab cabinets in Cement Grey. The added shelving above adds contrast to this bright and airy wet bar.

Pinnacle Design & RemodelingSometimes things just happen organically. This client reached out to me in a professional capacity to see if I wanted to advertise in his new magazine. I declined at that time because as team we have chosen to be referral based, not advertising based.
Even with turning him down, he and his wife decided to sign on with us for their basement... which then upon completion rolled into their main floor (part 2).
They wanted a very distinct style and already had a pretty good idea of what they wanted. We just helped bring it all to life. They wanted a kid friendly space that still had an adult vibe that no longer was based off of furniture from college hand-me-down years.
Since they loved modern farmhouse style we had to make sure there was shiplap and also some stained wood elements to warm up the space.
This space is a great example of a very nice finished basement done cost-effectively without sacrificing some comforts or features.
