Dea ContractorThis bathroom was original to the house. We wanted to create a mid century modern feel so we knocked down the wall between the vanity and the shower and replaced it with a glass door. To make the space feel larger we extend the hexagon tiles from the bathroom all along the back wall. Shelves were added to increase storage space and of course all materials, fixtures and cabinets were updated.

Die Waschtischarmatur ist aus gebürstetem Edelstahl gewählt. Über dem Waschtisch ist der großzügige Spiegelschrank in die Wand eingelassen.
Die wandhängende Toilettenanlage sowie das dazu passende Bidet ist in glänzendem Weiß gehalten und kommt vom italienischen Hersteller Antonio Lupi. Die Badacessoires von Boffi gehören zur Serie Blade.

We gave new life to all three bathrooms in her home, making better use of the space in the powder bathroom, optimizing the layout for a brother & sister to share a hall bath, and updating the primary bathroom with a large curbless walk-in shower and luxurious clawfoot tub. Though each bathroom has its own personality, we kept the palette cohesive throughout all three.

The kitchen was kept bright and airy with high-end appliances for the avid cook and homeschooling mother. As an animal loving family and owner of two furry creatures, we added a little whimsy with cat wallpaper in their laundry room.
Alair Homes PlanoThis once dated master suite is now a bright and eclectic space with influence from the homeowners travels abroad. We transformed their overly large bathroom with dysfunctional square footage into cohesive space meant for luxury. We created a large open, walk in shower adorned by a leathered stone slab. The new master closet is adorned with warmth from bird wallpaper and a robin's egg blue chest. We were able to create another bedroom from the excess space in the redesign. The frosted glass french doors, blue walls and special wall paper tie into the feel of the home. In the bathroom, the Bain Ultra freestanding tub below is the focal point of this new space. Pamela Day DesignsThis kids bath was designed to be both playful and pretty. An attractive and durable Kallista vanity was chosen for sleek storage, and a bold, blue hue for the hexagon cement tiled floor.
Rudloff Custom BuildersWith family life and entertaining in mind, we built this 4,000 sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 3 full baths and 2 half baths house from the ground up! To fit in with the rest of the neighborhood, we constructed an English Tudor style home, but updated it with a modern, open floor plan on the first floor, bright bedrooms, and large windows throughout the home. What sets this home apart are the high-end architectural details that match the home’s Tudor exterior, such as the historically accurate windows encased in black frames. The stunning craftsman-style staircase is a post and rail system, with painted railings. The first floor was designed with entertaining in mind, as the kitchen, living, dining, and family rooms flow seamlessly. The home office is set apart to ensure a quiet space and has its own adjacent powder room. Another half bath and is located off the mudroom. Upstairs, the principle bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom, with Carrera marble floors, furniture quality double vanity, and a large walk in shower. There are three other bedrooms, with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and an additional hall bathroom.
