TOTL-studio Дизайн интерьераКогда мы попали в квартиру, от предыдущих владельцев остался интерьер с обилием ступенчатой лепнины, карнизов и тяжелых портьер, и кессонированным потолком. Мы уже были в предвкушении, как сделаем потолки ровными, но когда бригада сделала демонтаж этого лепного великолепия, мы увидели сеть железобетонных балок, высотой около сорока сантиметров, расположенных и по внешнему периметру и внутри квартиры. Учитывая, что процесс реализации идет, необходимо было оперативно интегрировать балки в интерьер, решать множество вытекающих из этого моментов, связанных с разводкой воздуховодов, электрикой, вплоть до крепления штор. Мы решили что балки, как конструктивный элемент, неотъемлемая часть пространства, как стены и перекрытия, поэтому прятать или декорировать мы их не будем. И, как ни странно, они органично вписались в общую концепцию, интерьер стал еще более архитектурным, поэтому мы остались даже довольны, что нам достался такой сюрприз.
