Bilotta Kitchen & HomeThis client needed a place to entertain by the pool. They had already done their “inside” kitchen with Bilotta and so returned to design their outdoor space. All summer they spend a lot of time in their backyard entertaining guests, day and night. But before they had their fully designed outdoor space, whoever was in charge of grilling would feel isolated from everyone else. They needed one cohesive space to prep, mingle, eat and drink, alongside their pool. They did not skimp on a thing – they wanted all the bells and whistles: a big Wolf grill, plenty of weather resistant countertop space for dining (Lapitec - Grigio Cemento, by Eastern Stone), an awning (Durasol Pinnacle II by Gregory Sahagain & Sons, Inc.) that would also keep bright light out of the family room, lights, and an indoor space where they could escape the bugs if needed and even watch TV. The client was thrilled with the outcome - their complete vision for an ideal outdoor entertaining space came to life. Cabinetry is Lynx Professional Storage Line. This is by far everybody’s favorite space. The kitchen is definitely the heart of the home where the dinner is getting ready, the homework is done, and in the family room the whole family can relax in front of the fireplace, while watching TV, listening to music, or playing video games. Whites with warm walnuts, light marble, and splashes of color are the key features in this modern family headquarters.
The kitchen was meticulously designed to accommodate storage for numerous kitchen gadgets, cookware, and dinnerware that the family owned. Behind these simple and clean contemporary kitchen cabinet doors, there are multiple ergonomic and functional features that make this kitchen a modern chef’s dream
123 Remodeling Inc.We expanded the kitchen into an L-shaped layout with a new, smaller island. Custom white shaker cabinets with glass inserts on upper cabinets (which are now ceiling height). All new stainless steel appliances (except the fridge which was repurposed). Industrial pendant lights over the island are supplemented by recessed overhead lights and under-cabinet lights. Expansive pantry/display closet built into the dining area. The microwave was moved to the island to save space and create a more streamlined cabinet span. The flooring is 5’ white oak planks. Backsplash throughout the entire kitchen, which ceramic subway in a herringbone layout. Separate cooktop and oven, the cooktop is gas and the oven is electric. White quartz countertop, matching the surround of the fireplace in the adjacent living room. The island has electrical outlets and a switch for the kitchen lights. Although the new island is about half the size of the original, additional seating has been added. The new L-shape with the peninsula creates a passthrough with seating for entertaining.

This kitchen would be a dream for the majority of us and we are incredibly proud of this design to say the least.
The grand space features a white flat panel door style with quartzite countertops, and mitered waterfall edges on the island. A large stone wall behind the cook top, provides a breathtaking focal point, adding to opulence of the room.
You will also see one of the islands contains The Galley sink workstation. This workstation provides an incredible prep area that will ramp up your chef skills, making you more efficient and more stylish to boot.
Finally, we have incorporated a refrigerator and wall oven that is integrated into the cabinetry creating a flush finish that is easy to clean and even more beautiful to look at.

This one features a large taupe grey island with raised bar seating, Off white perimeter cabinets and sturdy utilitarian stools, hardware and light fixtures. The look is eclectic transitional. An intentional cornflower blue accent color is used for glass subway back splash tile, patio door, rugs, and accessories to connect and balance this expansive cheerful space where an active family of seven, occupy every square inch of space.
