This brand new home in Western Sydney was a great canvas for some modern luxe wainscoting. There is a misconception that wainscoting should only be used in Hamptons or Traditional style homes, but this is not the case!
Chair rails with wainscoting below were installed throughout the common areas and a full height feature wall surrounding a picture frame finished the look.
