Originating from New Zealand gives us an eclectic style for renovating and projects. We are based in the beautiful Devon and provide services to holiday home owners from conception of interiors to complete project work. Enhancement of the building and working with the client is very important to our team and we strive to deliver a completed project that will give your guests enjoyment and delight. Our brief is always to create a space that is unique to you and your property. Creating a holiday relaxed feel, we strive to find products that are not readily available in the area, sourcing throughout Europe and create a space that is designed to suit the style of the property and the owners budget. Devon holiday homes have become very popular with guests throughout the world and the finished product needs to compete in the market. We are happy to meet with a client even before they purchase the house to give them some insight into how to create a welcoming and frequently booked holiday home.

Rose is a very talented professional who fights her client's corner as if the projects were her own. She is dedicated to making sure the client gets value for money with good quality work and in line with their expectations. As an Architect who has worked with her I find her design taste exceptional and it really is a pleasure to be part of a team under someone so knowledgeable and efficient.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. Rose kept me informed, quoted prices which made it difficult for me to match personally and delivered on time. Offered me choices along the way but on this occasion other than the odd bit I was happy to use their expertise. Was very impressed with the finished product and it saved me no end of time and hassle and looks great in the photos.

Rose was recommended to me by my holiday let agent and I was not let down! The house had been used as a permanent let and was tired. I gave her full reign to furnish it to a high standard and she did not disappoint. Once it was redecorated and carpeted she took on the whole project from providing furniture to furnishings and equipment for all rooms, including kitchen. She brought in her own DIY man to hang pictures and change light fittings. She even brought in flowers, herbs and plants and made up the beds for the photo shoot. I cannot recommend her enough. She went above and beyond.

Hartley and Rose dressed a lower ground floor apartment for me that had not been getting much sales interest. Their clever use of furniture and accessories made the apartment look lighter, brighter and more welcoming. As it now looked so stylish, I took new photos and re-launched the apartment, and got an asking price offer on the first day. this offer went on to purchase the property, and I can't recommend Hartley and Rose highly enough.

A commenté : Where are the tiles from?i think it is verde green.. they look darker in the picture.. if you wanted darker green i would go the artisan style ones - so they are slightly different colours and do them vertical like a kit kat ...
