“We hired Claudia Cleaver of Morse and Cleaver to design our new house. We worked with her for probably three years total. We are very pleased with our new house, which was completed in May of 2012. Claudia is very creative and she listens very well and is therefore able to create the features that are most important to us. She is easy to communicate with and it is important to her to create a space that is what we want, not just what she thinks would be good. She is experienced and has alot of depth in her thinking and approach to architecture. For example, things you might want in your house but might not consciously know that you want or be able to articulate that information. We gave her about a 6 page single spaced list of what we wanted in our house. We got almost all of that! Her sense of space and how big the spaces should be is excellent. She also worked well with our contractor. We would recommend her. Archie and Connie Kinney”
