“Mr. Kevin Ngo listened very closely to our well thought out design ideas for our custom home. After he had a very good understanding of what we wanted & needed, he was able to "fine tune" them with practical, excellent suggestions which made a lot of sense. He gave us realistic expectations of what was involved to get the DP & BP approved by the City. He had good knowledge of & working relationships with all the relevant City departments, and effectively contacted them as needed on our behalf. During the build which took over one year, he was always responsive to discussing &/or promptly coming to the site to discuss and find solutions to the inevitable "glitches" of the build. We had a very good experience with Mr. Ngo and highly recommend him and his company to anyone who needs a home designer.”

“This was our first custom home and the DMA team took the time to explain to us the design to construction process and they have a process that keeps them highly organized. Richard's years of experience, creative mind and his attention to detail and creative mind really showed throughout the process. It really is the small details that make the biggest impact! The budget for our project was quite modest in comparison, but Richard and Doris really worked with us to incorporate the elements we wanted within budget. The only regret we have is not relying on their expertise more throughout the construction process to execute our vision. We would definitely work with Richard and his team again!”

“Al and his crew designed and developed an oversized garage with a two bedroom carriage suite. His team handled all the city paperwork and permits. Their design was approved by the city development committee with no significant changes. This is a testament to their due diligence during the design process. The suite looks great and our tenants really enjoy the space. The builder easily worked from Al's blueprints and the project went smoothly from start to finish.”
