“Pat and his crew did a major renovation, including a two level addition, on our 50 year+ brick home. He kept us informed throughout of unexpected developments and their consequences, including costs, and offered helpful advice on the ways to address them. His crew was conscientious, respectful and cleaned up to allow us to live in the home through the bulk of the construction. Pat liaised effectively with kitchen installers and others needed throughout the project. His team's work was of consistent high quality. Since completing the first renovation we have hired Pat again for two additional projects - a renovation of our basement bedroom and bathroom, and the installation of a new fence. All of these projects have been completed beyond our expectations. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Pat and his team.”

“Renovation of my kitchen completed. Replaced cabinets, counter top and back splash. Workers were all respectful and professional. Area was kept clean at the end of each day. Work was completed on time and updates were given as to progress of the same. The designer helped me pick out product and colours to co-ordinate with my flooring and to stay within my budget. I am very happy with the results.”

“Great company to deal with. A little slow in getting started because of this year's demand for construction but when they commenced it was only a few days and our 12 x 24 garage was complete with dormer, garage door, mandoor and window. Would highly recommend Steve and his fine crew.”

“We used this contractor to renovate our main bathroom which included complete tear out of ceramic floor, toilet, tub/shower surround and sink/vanity, rewiring and installation of new floor, custom shower floor and wall tiles, new toilet and new sink/vanity. His work was on schedule, and impeccable; site was cleaned up each day. He and his crew were very respectful. His initial quote was accurate for cost and time. Highly recommend”
