They have done extensive work for my homes including: installing an entire floor with new wood flooring, replacing/repainting siding on my townhouse, complete bathroom renovation, roof repair/inspection, painting, several small plumbing jobs, and some small electrical repairs/upgrades. “Ryan and his crew jumped on a severe water leak(s) on a house we had just purchased. A wall of windows on the backside of the house was leaking with heavy rains. Ryan found that all windows were rotten and leaking from the top down. This turned into a much bigger job than we had expected, but Ryan was "on it" and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He was conscientious about the house, property and our budget. As this was coming out of the pandemic getting supplies (windows) was a challenge. We had to change the whole look of the backside of the house due to the difference in windows that were available. Ryan dealt with these changes, under pressure from us, and honestly the house looks better with the changes. I would recommend KD's Elite Custom Building for your next home project.”

“Kustom Contracting repaired our barn after a snow storm dumped 18" of snow which collapsed the roof of the top most section of our barn. They negotiated with the insurance company on our behalf and ended up repairing the barn to be better than it was before. I now have no worries that a snow storm will collapse the hay loft. The entire project was completed professionally, quickly and the work was well done. In the end we had to work out the pricing on some change orders during the project but overall I was very satisfied and i would use them again.”

He always had our best interests in mind and made us feel like our home was the only project he was working on (when I know there were plenty of others he was also managing). We stayed on budget and our home was completed on time. Even after we moved in, I have always felt like we could reach out to him with questions or advice. Building a custom home was stressful - but Mitch and his entire team took a lot of the worry out of it for us. “I hired Chad Goodin's firm to build a 3,600 sq ft, 2-story, custom lakefront home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC. This scope of the project included demolition through new construction. The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees and his relationship with his subcontractors. I would definitely endorse this firm.”
