Working with Armando and his crew of guys is an exceptional experience. They are capable to do absolutely anything, but what really makes them stand out for me is there overall attitude , he and all of his guys are always very pleasant, very professional, and I absolutely love working with them! It’s a rare find… To have the work come out great as well as really enjoying the process along the way.”

“Our extraordinary custom home, designed and reconstructed by October 5 Fine Home Builders is undeniably a work of art. October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate. Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. Earthquake updates, 200 amp electrical service, beefed-up insulation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, smooth drywall, wide-plank flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and dual-glazed windows supported the bulk of the project, which lasted 4 ½ months. With clean contemporary lines, the modern floor plan, great for entertaining, offers a celebrated life-style. What a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy life! “Matt at MeMar is great. They did a complete remodel of our master bath and we love it. Neat, on time, and efficient. Matt was in constant contact, so we were well informed of progress and what to expect each day. Also had MeMar do a few smaller projects, carpet, outside wood trim, and vent install. We were happy with everything and will definitely use MeMar again”

“Cutler construction renovated three bathrooms for us, two on the second floor. That included tile flooring (with special materials to avoid cracking), custom vanities, granite counter tops, lighting, exhaust fans, and mirrors, as well as painting. They replaced several ceiling fans, all of our smoke detectors, and added CO detectors. Their work was professional and high grade: no bs, no missed deadlines, no cheating on quality, just total honesty and great craftsmanship. We are extremely pleased and will use Cutler construction in future projects.”

“I hired Mola Builders to remodel my grandparents bathroom based on a referral. It was a complete renovation down to the studs to accommodate her ADA/special needs.. From selecting the Toto Neorest Toilet, custom cabinet, down to the beautiful limestone counter. Every need was meet including the handicap bars beside the toilet and in the beautiful tiled shower. Our need were meet for her, while keeping the design of the bathroom beautiful. We are so thrilled with the outcome. We can't express enough how clean the work site area was during the remodel. HIs crew made sure that when they left each day that it was a safe clean environment. Vince's expertise with his knowledge of the latest products and city codes keep the project moving along very smoothly. The tile work and the cabinetry from his crew exceeded any expectations on quality and design that I could have hoped for. I would certainly use him again for any upcoming project and have already recommended him to neighbors and friends.”

John, the owner, also did a build-out at my office building, which turned out beautifully. Recently I hired Graham's Construction to do a kitchen remodel at my home changing out my tile to granite, installing a new stove and sink. John, as always, did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a general contractor to do any type of work, whether it be on your home or commercial building.”
