“We had a flood in our home and had to choose 3 general contractors to put in bids to restore our home. Luckily for us, we had heard of Alair through a friend and gave Carlos a call to come take a look at the work ahead and some extra renos we wanted done. From the first prompt meeting with Carlos, Jason and Marc we felt at ease, we knew they'd be working for and with us. They were professional, charismatic, and meant business, it was clear then that they love what they do. Throughout the process the attention to detail, the extra up and above calls and points of contact were impeccable. There were never any questions, Carlos was always on the same page as us or a step ahead. We always knew where our budget was at, and knew our timeline of what was getting done and when. There wasn't a day that something wasn't getting done on our house. Jason, the general contractor always had his work space spotless, he was respectful, kind and his work ethic was above the rest. Our experience with Alair was completely seamless, professional and top-notch. As stressful as a flood can be, Alair gave us the absolute best experience, we would recommend Alair to anybody and everybody looking for a job well done without the headaches of a home Reno.”

“B. B. S. was hired to build a back yard fence, it was a large project and B. B. S. had the fence built in 3 quick days. 1 day; a week later the finishing touches were done up, that was ok with me because B. B. S. Informed me of the time line he was running on. The job was completed very well done. The job site was cleaned up each day which I liked very much. Not giving the garbage a chance to blow away made me very happy. B. B. S. Did a fine job. Highly recommended. The price was under the quoted price as the size of fence was less size then quoted, which I was also happy to see. Billing was prompt, and he accepted all forms of payment. Thanks B. B. S. I will hire you again.”
