“We had a full kitchen remodel. From the beginning of the process , the guys at Single Source made us feel comfortable. They came right out ,looked everything over and gave us an estimate in a couple days. The communication was amazing and never at any time did we regret our decision to go with them.
We really enjoyed the one on one that Single Source gave us. The guys sat down with us and went over everything, even went with us to help us pick out our appliances, flooring ,tile ,cabinets, countertops, etc.
Taking time to educate us on the products that we were considering and giving us the pros and cons. They finished the job in the time they said they would and also at the price they had quoted us. We plan on getting our bathroom done in the future and will definitely be using them again.”

“The Signature Construction and Design group came highly recommended to us for our home renovation. We worked with them to completely overhaul our 3 story townhouse. New kitchen, new master bath, hardwood refinish, upgrade all hvac, upgrade fireplace, new stair rails, removal of walls and interior steps, new lighting throughout, new master bedroom closet and closet insert installation throughout the entire house. We also had their carpenters take a slab of raw black walnut and create a "live edge" countertop bar for us that is the show stopper of the home. We took the home from mid 2000's spec home to mid century modern beautiful from top to bottom! The design and construction staff at Signature were excellent in assisting us with choices to make the home work together. Their carpentry staff built custom doors for a difficult closet and even built occasional tables from the live edge scrap material!! Their construction staff and their sub-contractors are the best in the business!”

“Oz did a beautiful job on our kitchen renovation. We did not move any walls, but he removed our 1959 cabinets and appliances back to the plaster, rewired the whole kitchen, and installed new lighting, plumbing, flooring, tile backsplash, cabinets and appliances. He worked with us to help figure out where we could economize and where it was important to spend money. His pricing was completely transparent - he charges for his own labor, without marking up materials or subs. All the subcontractors and vendors he brought in were professional and pleasant and did a great job. The cabinet vendor he recommended was also very responsive to our ideas, made really useful suggestions, and it was obvious that he and Oz had a long, mutually respectful relationship. The kitchen was completed in three weeks! (It would have been two, but the granite countertop took a week or so to template and fabricate.)”

“A friend recommended Dreamwork Home Improvements in 2011, and I have not used any other company since and here are some reasons why:
* Responds quickly by phone or email.
* Is always on time
*After reviewing the job, a proposal for the costs is received either later the
same day, or by the next day by phone or email; and a written proposal is handed to me when they walk in my house, outlining the work to be done and the costs so there are no mistakes or surprises.
*Is very pleasant and will chat a bit, but does not stop working to stand and talk, and talk.
* The workmanship is outstanding and they take pride in what they do.
*When the work is completed at the end of the day, the work area is straightened and trash is removed.
* When the job is completed, Dave walks through everything with me and makes sure I know what was done, why, the results, and how to care for products or applications,. He does not leave until I am completely satisfied.
*In this review the question of approximate project date is asked. I started using Dreamwork Home Improvements in June of 2011 and have used them consistently with the last job ending February 2013. I plan to have them come back for another project soon and will always choose Dreamwork Home Improvements.”
