This area was originally the kitchen but the space has been re-designed to create a wide corridor between the rear and front entrances of the house. Made to measure matt lacquered wood cupboards, painted in light taupe create a complete wall of valuable storage. Good lighting is key in these busy transitional areas so both decorative pendant and ceiling lamps have been specified to create a soft effect. Floors are white-washed, textured wood effect ceramic tiles with Emperador marble effect inserts. The mirror has been carefully positioned to reflect light. All the furniture is bespoke and available from Keir Townsend.

Welcome to the entrance hallway of this Georgian property, where the grandeur of history meets modern finesse. The eye is immediately drawn to the exquisite herringbone pattern of the aged oak flooring, leading visitors on a journey through time. Above, elegant period cornicing crowns the space, a testament to the home's heritage and the meticulous restoration of its classic features. Modern accents make their mark through the chic, minimalist sideboard that offers both functionality and a touch of contemporary design. The terrarium centerpiece, encasing a miniature green world, sits atop the sideboard, adding life and a breath of nature to the space. The understated luxury continues with a duo of plush, grey-shaded pendant lamps, their gold interior casting a warm, inviting glow. The staircase, with its plush carpeting, beckons one upwards, complemented by the polished handrail that winds gracefully alongside. This hallway is a harmonious blend of past and present, creating an entrance of welcoming sophistication.

If you love patterned tiles as much as we do, then our new Victorian-style range is bound to set your pulse racing. Inspired by Mediterranean and Moroccan infused designs, this tile range brings relaxed and sun-faded patterns, adding instant chic to any home.
Combining the practicality and durability of glazed porcelain, with stunning colour and pattern, these tiles make any wall or floor into a statement piece. All you need do is decide which pattern suits your personality and your home.
The Bordeaux range features patterns that are not only vibrant and beautiful; they’re also tough, easy to clean and super practical. This is what makes them perfect for high-traffic areas such as kitchens, porches and hallways. When combined with contemporary schemes, they create a focal point and guarantees the wow factor.
This cream, grey and black tile is a classic Moroccan-style design with a modern edge. Mix them up in an alternating pattern or have a whole floor in one colour. Grey is still very much in fashion, so by adding the Paris tile you can give any room an extra helping of spice.
