The two tier Valentino Quartz peninsula was designed to improve functionally in the kitchen and enhance the entertainment experience with guests. The floors are a seasoned wood finish luxury vinyl tile.

APEX Design BuildAPEX received the Gold 2017 Minnesota Contractor of the Year (CotY) Award for Additions up to $250,000 for this St. Paul, MN project. The new kitchen in the 1912 home features restored vintage appliances and fixtures, custom cabinetry and table, and custom-cut commercial tile floor. Modern conveniences cleverly hidden. Small bump-out squared the space, enhanced the south-facing view of the charming yard and made room for a new portico, mudroom and and main-level bath.

Jennifer Grey Color Specialist & Interior DesignCompleted on a small budget, this hard working kitchen refused to compromise on style. The upper and lower perimeter cabinets, sink and countertops are all from IKEA. The vintage schoolhouse pendant lights over the island were an eBay score, and the pendant over the sink is from Restoration Hardware. The BAKERY letters were made custom, and the vintage metal bar stools were an antique store find, as were many of the accessories used in this space. Oh, and in case you were wondering, that refrigerator was a DIY project compiled of nothing more than a circa 1970 fridge, beadboard, moulding, and some fencing hardware found at a local hardware store.
Nina Williams InteriorsThis kitchen boasts a huge island with six counter stools. The island is green and the backsplash is accented with green zelige tile from Morocco. Textured wicker pendants and white oak shelves give this kitchen an organic feel. White Cafe appliances with brass pulls compliment the white cabinets.

A nice young couple contacted us from Brazil to decorate their newly acquired apartment. We schedule a meeting through Skype and from the very first moment we had a very good feeling this was going to be a nice project and people to work with. We exchanged some ideas, comments, images and we explained to them how we were used to worked with clients overseas and how important was to keep communication opened.
They main concerned was to find a solution for a giant structure leaning column in the main room, as well as how to make the kitchen, dining and living room work together in one considerably small space with few dimensions.
Whether it was a holiday home or a place to rent occasionally, the requirements were simple, Scandinavian style, accent colors and low investment, and so we did it. Once the proposal was signed, we got down to work and in two months the apartment was ready to welcome them with nice scented candles, flowers and delicious Mojitos from their spectacular view at the 41th floor of one of Miami's most modern and tallest building.

Lowe's of Macedon, NYAfter- This tiny worn out kitchen got a face lift with KraftMaid Mission oak cabinets, Allen and Roth solid surface counter tops and a natural stone backsplash.
Cabinet-S-TopIn this two-toned kitchen, Waypoint 410F Maple Latte finish was installed on the island and surround cabinets and the coffee bar is 410F in Painted Linen finish accented with contemporary metal pulls and knobs. The countertop is 3cm Calacatta Lavasa quartz countertop. The backsplash is Emser Euphoria Arrow 3 x 12 ceramic tile in Ore color. A wide linear 4-light pendant was installed over the sink. A Karran quartz composite sink in white, Delta Coranto pullout faucet in venetian bronze was installed. The flooring is Homecrest Cascade Luxury vinyl planks in Bedford color.

Cornerstone Home RenovatorsThe main floor of this house received a complete overhaul with the kitchen being relocated and opened up to the dining and living room while being able to enjoy the views of the Cedar River out back. White Shaker style cabinets are used with white quartz counters on perimeter and granite slab on island. A beautiful backsplash tile highlights the space counters. Appliances are white stainless by GE Cafe.
Gina Drago DesignI always love when a client says “do what you think”. I had the best time designing this beach house for another adorable family. When I learned the homes history and the families Greek heritage, my brain entered Mykonos mode. They agreed and let me run with it. Both floors of the home went thru some major overhaul (pictures to come). Luckily I had a dream of a contractor and some magical tradespeople to work with. Not the quickest reno but I’ve learned in this business, nothing pretty comes easy or fast.

UL StudiosLaminate Counter tops were resurfaced by Miracle Method. Trim was added above and below standard laminate counter tops as well as lighting above and below. Hardware was changed out for simple brushed nickle. Butcher Block Counter top by Ikea. Tile from Wayfair. Bar Stools from Ikea. Lighting and Cabinet HArdware from Lowe's.
