Israel began the renovation project with the goal of seamlessly combining aesthetics and functionality. His goal was to optimize the space while sticking to the same layout as well as add modern elements with a welcoming ambiance.
The old vanity was removed, as well as the half wall that separated the toilet from the vanity area. Israel selected sleek brushed nickel fixtures which added a luxury hotel vibe to the bathroom.
Israel chose a Pearl Jasmine Quartz Countertop, a LED Lighted Mirror, and a Cassandra Vanity Light to add the desired modern upgrade he hoped for.

The shower in the guest bathroom had a worn-out and gloomy appearance with a bathtub that she no longer desired.
To update the look of her space, she selected a Kichler Tao Vanity Light and opted for Snowbound paint on the walls. The cabinets were given a fresh white finish and she upgraded to Quartz countertops for a sleek and clean look.
The shower underwent a complete transformation which included the installation of new cool toned pebble mosaics on the floor and updated sliding glass doors.
On the shower wall, she selected Sky 12x24" tile to minimize the amount of grout and accompanied that with a vertical accent.
The Delta In2ition Shower Head in Brilliance Stainless is a perfect addition to the new shower, providing both functionality and a modern style.

The old shower, bathtub, and plumbing were removed to make way for custom elements that elevate the room's ambiance. The new custom shower now serves as the focal point of the area.
It features a warm blend of pebble mosaics on the floor, providing a soothing, earthy feel. The walls were adorned with Pietra Italia Beige tiles in a 12" x 24" format, laid in a ⅓ offset pattern for a subtle, engaging visual texture.
An over sized recessed wall niche was added, utilizing the same elegant beige and white tones of the Pietra Italia tile, enhancing the shower's practicality and visual appeal.
The installation of the Moen Belfield valve and trim kit, coupled with the Moenflo XL Single Function Showerhead, both in an elegant Oil Rubbed Bronze finish, significantly enhanced the shower's functionality and aesthetic allure.
With the tub removed, the area was reimagined by continuing the pebble flooring, seamlessly connecting the shower area to the rest of the space, opening up the room, and enhancing its spaciousness.

Phoenix Home RemodelingAlexis & Ben hired us for a solution to improve their dated master bathroom. Their existing shower was dark and falling apart.
The lack of storage space on the shelves didn’t give them enough space to hold all the products they needed, and most times bottles ended up on the floor.
To achieve their dream master bathroom, our designer’s vision was presented, and they were excited to move into the construction and install stage. We removed most everything except the mirrors, closet storage, and doors.
They had us install a new custom shower with a dry-off area and a new large, recessed wall niche with a shelf for bath products.
For the shower floor, we used Pebble Warm Blend. This pebble enhanced the shower by having all the colors of the other tiles selected. The shower side walls are from Arizona Tile called Touch Snow 12x24" the Shower niche wall and dryoff area is from Monterrey Tile called Globe Barge Beige. The niche tile is called Wave Coal Fan deco.
Look at that tub! It’s from Signature Hardware and is called Sheba, it is paired with the Delta Universal freestanding tub filler.
Phoenix Home RemodelingBarbara and Gary's master bathroom had lost its spark. The colors were muted and monotonous, giving the room a tired feel. Functionality was another significant issue; the space was disjointed and inefficient.
During the design phase, they collaborated with our in-house designer and one of the initial steps involved updating the color palette to infuse the design with a contemporary and quietness sense.
The outdated cabinets were lacking in storage space, so we upgraded them to Solid Designer Series Corona Oyster Clear Alder cabinets, paired with Bianco Pearl Quartz countertops with a waterfall edge on the left side.
The Jeffrey Alexander Boswell cabinet handles, coupled with the Delta Trinsic Widespread Faucets, infuse the space with a sense of elegance and vintage feel, completely transforming the room's overall feel.
The old bathtub was no longer working, so they decided to add a large custom shower that included a wet area, pony wall, and dry-off area. They chose the Annie Selke Flora Coconut Milk Porcelain 18x18" tile to create a stunning wall.
To craft a showstopper, we adorned the shower floor with Pebble Mosaic Warm Blend, achieving a breathtaking result. The remaining shower fixtures were impeccably selected to bring the dream shower to life.

Phoenix Home RemodelingHaving remodeled Rod & Pat’s Master bathroom a few months ago, we knew that their guest bathroom needed was next on the list to get done.
Coming up with a design for this bathroom, they wanted to remove the tub and create a walk-in shower. Since the flooring was consistent through the entire home, that was one thing needed to be kept.
By removing the tub, we enlarged the shower a few inches to build a pony wall. The wall tile is from Arizona Tile, it’s called Touch Summer. We laid it in a horizontal pattern and created a custom tile inset pattern on all three walls.
This inset tile is from the same series as the wall tile, just in the sunset color.
To finish the shower, we use a warm pebble on the shower floor to compliment the shower wall tiles and flooring. The plumbing fixtures and door hardware are cool and updated in the Brushed nickel finish.
The room was freshly painted in the calming color of Drift of Mist from Sherwin Williams. This color complimented the warmer tones and the beautiful vanity and countertop.
The vanity features the Madison Door from Sollid Cabinetry in the stain of Fawn. We complimented the cabinet color with the granite from Arizona Tile called Breckenridge.
Finishing the design with a modern shaped mirror from Delcora and a beautiful LED light. This bathroom went from 1990’s to a beautiful, elegant bathroom fit for any guest.

The previous design was conventional, hosting both a shower and a bathtub. However, her requirements had evolved, eliminating the need for the bathtub. So, Patricia selected a broader, custom-designed shower that was tailored exactly to her needs!
The Turchese Gleeze tile presents a refined look on the shower wall with a cultivated pop of color. The addition of a shower bench and an enlarged wall niche fulfills Patricia's wish for functionality and space optimization.
A paint refresh was applied to the existing cabinets, further enhanced by the introduction of sparkling Glisten Quartz surfaces. The backsplash was arranged, utilizing the distinguished Turchese Gleeze tile, creating a cohesive look matching the shower.
The subtleties inevitably bring about remarkable transformations. The Delta Stryke wall-mounted faucets present a striking aesthetic, while the addition of two Quaid Wall Mirrors imparts a layer of custom sophistication to the space.

From the first meeting, they mentioned that have plans for a major renovation of their house but wanted to start with their son's guest bathroom. Our crew had a great time working with them and everybody loves the final outcome!
The project began by demolishing the old shower and building a custom one ridding of the tub. They chose Pebble Mosaics Warm Blend 12x12" Mesh Sheet for the shower floor and Anthology White Matte 12x24" for the shower wall.
For the vanity section, they asked us to install an Athea 36" Free Standing Single Basin Vanity with Wood Cabinet and Engineered Stone Vanity Top.
A Kohler 30x 26" Double Door Storage Mirror was installed, and they chose Shibusa Bianco 12x24" Porcelain for the new tile flooring. They also had us install a new storage cabinet above the toilet.

IDC Interior Décor ConsultA condo master suite was reimagined as a luxury spa in a very tight space. A hydro massage tub with both jet and air massage was combined with a large open shower space as a wet room area. Honed slate on the walls and pebble marble tiles on the floor created a natural zen feel. The area around the tub and a little splash guard on the wall next to the shower were accentuated by glass mosaic tile with a free form edge. Heated floor and a towel warmer keep the bathroom comfortably warm.
