“Recommend by a friend who had a major remodel. We selected united Artisans to perform a high end remodel also. Work included 3 new bathrooms, total kitchen and bar makeover, new hardwood and tile flooring and doors throughout. Eric is a master craftsman and he and his workers take pride in their work and attention to detail. All work completed within budgets and schedules. My wife and I are extremely happy with all work done and would highly recommend.”

From the plan's design through to the completion of the build, Dave and his team were professional, responsive, enthusiastic and trust-worthy. We really felt like we were true partners. Foremost uses Buildertrend, which is a project management tool, and we found this system to be quite valuable; daily progress reports and pictures were uploaded, messages were exchanged, and invoices were easily delivered and paid using this system. The space is both beautiful and functional, and we would highly recommend Foremost Builders.”

“We have contracted with Earthshare Construction to design and restore a 19th century Vermont farmhouse. We chose Earthshare Construction because of owner Ethan Cole's commitment to the environment, knowledge of period home construction, responsiveness to our questions, and an overall balance of authority and openness to our design requests. We originally planned on tackling the project ourselves believing our remodeling projects over the past 30 years would suffice. We decided to call a few contractors in just to see if we were on the right track. I was sold on Ethan as the contractor for us when he quickly assessed our view and stated "We need to find a way to bring the outdoors in!" Throughout the design stage Ethan has been true to that vision and has recognized the beauty of incorporating and retrofitting original aspects of the house. Our design plans do just that in an environmentally responsible way. We begin construction in the next few weeks and look forward to working with Ethan over the next year.”

From pricing the project to using project planning to keep us on schedule and within budget, Cobb Hill made the difference in giving us a fantastic experience. They have been doing what they do a long time and their business is built on straight dealing and assigning the right man/or woman for the job. I'm a Project Management Professional and my husband is an Engineer, so we were expecting a lot, and Cobb Hill delivered. “I used Beaux Woods Contractors for a practically a complete gutting of an antique home. The project was completed on time and on budget! The quality of work is excellent and I will be recommending them regularly. Our kitchen was more challenging than most with a difficult layout and floors that were not level. All that is a distant memory and I have posted a picture of my kitchen now and you can see what Beaux Woods was able to create.”

“Jim does beautiful work. He is reasonable, prompt and reliable. His son, who often works with him is such a nice guy..even our dogs loved him. He did a wonderful bathroom and kitchen remodeling for us and put down new wide pine floors in the bedrooms. He works closely with skilled plumbers and electricians and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a good general contractor.”
