360 YardwareThis project involved two driveway gates put up by the homeowners, one at the street, one in line with house to separate the back yard. They have young children and needed to ensure their safety when they're playing outside.
We designed the Nero Latch for this project. The Nero is a lever gate latch, with the plate measuring 2.5"w x 5"h. Parts are made of stainless steel and aluminum, and everything is powder coated satin black.The latch is self-latching. The style of the latch lends itself to contemporary, traditional, and transitional projects.

Milgard Windows & Doors“We used Thermally Improved Aluminum windows, in Bronze,” said Kristyn Bartley, homeowner. “The windows really helped incorporate a more modern look. We had a bay window that jetted out into the porch in the dining room originally and we replaced that with a thin profile, Aluminum window, which make the space seem so much larger than before. Plus, it increased our porch size! It was also important to us that our windows could go all the way to the floor.”

This is the portal to the back of the house and the west-side pool. LED path lights from Kitchler illuminate the way along a concrete sidewalk. A custom cedar fence with Rain patterned safety glass panels separates the space from an encroaching neighbor while reflecting the mid-century modern style of the home.
