The tile backsplash mirrors the fireplace’s brick face, providing visual continuity across the outdoor spaces.

TCP Custom Outdoor Living

This project included building a new patio cover that is 450SF. It has an outdoor kitchen that is 14 linear feet with a 38" RCS grill, storage, outdoor fridge, ice maker and a venthood. It has a granite counter and granite backsplash. It is faced with old Texas brick. The flooring is Daltile - Travertine on the patio. 3 Bromic heaters were installed for comfort on those chilly days and nights. The roof is a gable style with a vaulted ceiling with 1x6 stained cedar tongue & groove and deco beams. A mosquito misting system was also installed. TK Images

Pour les appareils électroménagers et l’éclairage, s’il y en avait, il vous faudra un raccord électrique. À noter que la cuisinière est remplacée par le four à bois, le barbecue ou la plancha. Complétez le tout avec une grande table et des chaises adaptées à l’extérieur, si ce n’est pas déjà fait. Une cuisine d’été couverte résistera mieux aux intempéries : pensez à ajouter un abri ou une pergola pour la protéger.

Quel style choisir pour une cuisine extérieure ?

Cet espace peut être aménagé selon vos goûts, comme s’il s’agissait d’une cuisine traditionnelle. La différence réside dans les matériaux, car en toute logique, il faut qu’ils soient adaptés à l’extérieur. Vous pouvez ensuite les choisir en fonction du style que vous préférez : une cuisine d’été en bois sera plutôt classique, tandis qu’une cuisine extérieure en inox joue sur la modernité.
